Anto01 f067497e08 refactor(dashboard): Remove unused Plotly components ...

Removed plotly/ directory with unused chart wrappers:
- PlotlyConvergencePlot, PlotlyCorrelationHeatmap
- PlotlyFeasibilityChart, PlotlyParallelCoordinates
- PlotlyParameterImportance, PlotlyParetoPlot
- PlotlyRunComparison, PlotlySurrogateQuality

These were replaced by Recharts-based implementations.
