Nightly Digestion — OP_11 (Incremental)

- No new activity. Zero file changes since Mar 7. Day 18 of idle.
DISCARD
- Feb 10 log = 29 days old. First archival batch (Feb 10) due tomorrow Mar 12.
- 10 March daily logs (Mar 1–10) contain only digestion cycle entries with no substantive activity. These are noise themselves — will compress into single archive summary when they reach 30 days.
- No contradictions found.
SORT
- Nothing to promote or reorganize.
REPAIR
- All key paths verified: taskboard, mc-update.sh, mission-control, war-room-isogrid, standardization, Atomizer repo, Obsidian vault — all OK.
- No broken references found.
- No agent workspace had any file changes since Mar 7.
EVOLVE
- FORMAL AMENDMENT PROPOSAL (19th consecutive near-identical nightly cycle):
OP_11 §Triggers should add an idle-mode rule: when no file changes across any workspace for >7 consecutive days, switch nightly digestion to weekly-only (e.g., Wednesday 4 AM). Resume nightly when activity resumes. This would have avoided 12+ redundant cycles this month alone.
- Propose adding to OP_11: "Idle Mode: If no workspace file changes detected for 7+ consecutive days, digestion frequency drops to weekly until activity resumes."
- Requires CEO approval per protocol change rules.
