## Active Projects

### 📦 Atomizer V2 Migration
- **Phase:** ✅ COMPLETE (2026-02-23)
- **What happened:** 8 commits pushed to Gitea. 218+ Python files, 58 tests passing. All phases done: repo bootstrap, core engine port, integration testing, reference implementation, CLAUDE.md, Data Contracts (5 dataclasses), Pipeline-NX integration tests. Dalidou validated: `import atomizer` v2.0.0 + 24/24 tests on Windows.
- **Post-migration:** Coherence audit delivered (conditional pass, 3 critical findings fixed in preflight). V1 tagged `v1-final`, kept active for current optimizations. AOM→Obsidian auto-sync via crontab. Phase 6 (archive V1) deferred until Antoine switches production work.
- **Remaining roadmap:** Items 4-9 in ROADMAP-NEXT.md (docs/dev/)

- **Decision:** DEC-037 — Atomizer = product (V2 repo), HQ = AI operations team (HQ repo). AOM governs the product. 7 AOM docs updated. HQ repo pushed to Gitea (218 files).

### 🔩 Hydrotech Beam — Optimization
- **Phase:** DOE Phase 1 complete, awaiting Phase 2 (TPE)
- **Status:** ⏸️ BLOCKED — Mass NaN fix committed (580ed65), needs pull + test on dalidou
- **Key numbers:** 39/51 trials solved, 0 fully feasible (displacement), constraint relaxed to 20mm
- **Next:** Antoine pulls fix on dalidou → test single trial → rerun DOE → Phase 2 TPE

## Outstanding Blockers
- **Auditor** blocked on P-Adaptive-Isogrid review since Feb 16 (11 days — chronic, moot until CEO reviews Isogrid; closing next active session)
- **Webster** web_search API key missing (needs Mario, since Feb 19 — 8 days)
- **3 projects** simultaneously awaiting CEO input — triage needed when Antoine returns

- 2026-02-24: **Arsenal Development Plan** — Tech Lead produced dev blueprint (multi-solver expansion, 6-sprint roadmap). Auditor delivered risk analysis + quality gates (flagged 5 simultaneous problem streams, recommended phased de-risking). Good team output.
